Part 1: Your Mine, All Mine

After finding a technique called the "Summoning Jutsu" in the Scroll of Sealings, Naruto decided to use that Jutsu instead of the Shadow Clone Jutsu on Mizuki to save Iruka and ended up summoning someone or something that teaches Naruto how to rule properly.
