Sarah wakes up with no memory of how she got to this strange laboratory. Along the way, she finds out the laboratory is dangerous with strange monsters that seem to be out of this world. She must find a way out once a monster breaks loose causing trouble to the facility. She befriends a computer named SCP-079 who wishes to be free from the facility so she promises him she can help him succeed his wish.
