Time is all Nathan needed to buy for his Dad and Vegeta to get help, as he fends off against a mysterious enemy that suddenly appeared. Unfortunately, his strength was nowhere near enough to face off against this new enemy, and thus, ended up losing his life. However, hours before his death, Son Goku used the Dragon Balls and used the last wish they had to make sure that his son gets the second chance he deserved in another world.

While this did work, the enemy, known as DeVoe, watched this happen and sent a small piece of himself after him. Leaving the newly born Nathan to defend this world on his own. No matter what, he won't let history repeat itself, not this time.
