Chapter 1

On a summer night, 17-year-old Lei runs away from home only to find a mysterious portal in the heart of the forest. After curiosity took over, he found himself in a whole new world where the boy he later found to be his twin flame appeared before his eyes and insisted he stay the night.

Growing up Lei was an outcast. He knew he was different from everyone else, that his wings would always be strange and abnormal. Not only did he find that everyone on this side of the portal had wings like his, but that Rory was the only person here with the wings of the people he had known to be normal all his life.
