The story will start after few days of what happened in the show's last episode. Susheela is no more the Susheela we all knew , she is married to Madhav just for the sake of her promise that she did of always being with him , still in love with her Chotta haddi. Something very drastic occurs which brings her infront of her Chotta haddi. Will she choose herself and choose her love Dr Pramod? or will she choose her promise and continue to stay in a loveless marriage?
