Sinners are people who have committed crimes throughout the eras of Equestria. But, that's not true for everyone who has sins. Sinners are actually a race of not only ponies, but also of other creatures in Equestria - The 40% are the deities and alicorns. Those who are above the mortals, of course. The 25-30% of the ponies creatures in Equestria either have sins or regrets. Lastly the 5%, they are the mortals. Meaning they have no idea what is happening in territories and are the lowest of the social status. - Meet Twilight Sparkle, who's part of that 5%. She's princess Celestia's newest student who is moving to Ponyville to help organize for the Summer Sun Celebration, something she didn't want to do. But, she's also going to Ponyville for a different reason, and that is...making friends, learning friendship, and lastly, finding out why she can see these so-called sinners and see their sin counts.
