Chapter 1: Turnabout

Hoshino Ai is a world-class idol in the making when she became pregnant with twins at the age of 16. Ob-gyn doctor Amamiya Gorou was in charge of seeing Ai's pregnancy to the end. This is an alternate universe where the story of Oshi no Ko took a turn when Gorou wised up and survived to deliver Ai's babies. What would happen afterwards?
