Prologue

The Blue Blaze is a fantasy story about a teen named Ethan. His dad mysteriously vanished when he was three, leaving him and his mom to fend for themselves.

Ethan has always been... different. His eyes sometimes turn reptilian. Steam trails from his nose when he's angry. And he heals fast - which is lucky, considering how often he gets beaten up by bullies.

Then one day, Ethan transforms into a dragon.

Whisked into a realm of dragons and Fae with his best friend, Ethan learns he may be the key to saving their world from a rising threat: The Arms of Beowulf.

To do it, he'll have to become something greater - a hero second only to the king himself.
