When Childe defied the laws of teyvat and somehow remembered Scaramouche Irminsul security measures sent everyone remembering the Fatui out of Teyvat, but Nahida as the Dendro Archon and the Traveller being immune to the Irminsul lead to Scaramouche and Childe being only ones affected and thrown into another world.
