Time

I guess you could say that I'm stealing this from Taylor Swift, but here we go. Throughout the past few years, I've written poetry throughout many nights. These poems were in a folder under the name "Midnights." I had written these poems as 'the meaning is what you want it to be', which is something I've never really done before. It is a collection of spiritual awakening and a constant pain that reminds you that you never get younger but wiser. I wrote these poems throughout last year and this year. Each poem has such an undertone of sadness that is vividly obvious and so well hidden. It pains me that I have never touched these poems until now. It features 13 brand new poems, all written between midnight and 6 am. Whether it was just an idea or if it was just a memo, these poems have been the reason I start poetry collections.
