Erebor

A young elf about whom a prophecy was written. She was said to be the healer of the world, evil had no power over her and so saw her as a danger.

Include overprotective friends who handle it in the wrong way and cause her a lot of pain, but the young elf puts up a big front and pretends it doesn't bother her, but the pain is visible in her eyes.
