Where it all began

Alana is special. She is part of magic folk and so are many of her family and friends. These people are granted individual powers that make them unique. Although Alana hasn't unlocked her power yet she knows that someday she will. The magic folk have always lived peacefully with normal humans until one day that changed. Alana is now determined to fight for her people, save her friend's lives, and figure out the confusing feelings of a teenage boy. Can she do it?
