When Haymitch Abernathy is reaped for the 50th Hunger Games, a special twist is added in celebration of the second Quarter Quell - an event which occurs every 25 years to 'keep the importance of the games fresh for the new generations.' And this time around, there is a 100% better arena, 100% more dangers, and 100% more tributes. But will Haymitch's odds remain roughly the same?
