Prologue

In a city, known as Tokyo, punks roam around the streets with their battery-powered roller blades and spray-painting graffiti. However, with the rise of Gouji Rokkaku, and his upcoming Expo, crackdowns against these street punks are happening left and right. Amidst all this, a team of rudies, known as the GGs, rise up, and prepare to save the streets....and probably the whole world.
