Nobita and Dekisugi were classmates and friends.
Nobita likes Shizuka.
Dekisugi likes Nobita.
Dekisugi is good at everything he gets what he wants always.
And he is determined to make Nobita fall for him.

I ship Nobita and Dekisugi and wanted to write something about them.
