Prelude to Paradis (Author Note)

He faced his past, finally. Knowing his son was alive and well was all he needed to finally rest. He could love with no regrets and face whatever punishments awaited him in hell without the lingering thought of the blessing his wife left him, and he could only utter the first and last words his son woukd hear from him since he'd been alive.

He thought he would rest, so why the hell was he surrounded by walls and naked giants.
