It's soon going to be that time of the year again, where the streets are lit up and decorated. Everyone in their yukata and friends, or loved ones to enjoy the night with.
So naturally, some not-so-familiar faces like that of Karin and Suigetsu can be seen as they, too, prepare for the upcomming fastival.
