Description
Somewhere in the Moroccan desert, Gunde is left to die. Forsaken and wounded, she has nothing else but an eagle who quickly befriends her and the solace of her memories. Back to her tumultuous life in between a Berlin divided by the Cold War, looking for her half-sister and trying to fulfill her father's last wish, Gunde is caught up in a series of peculiar events that not only will change her life forever, but will also shed light on the things that have been hidden from her. While trying to untangle the complicated secrets floating around her family and fighting the hard gift passed down on her bloodline, Gunde also has to keep up with the appearances of the normal world, where she's trying to blend in while working in a record store in what is considered to be the beginnings of the Berlin techno scene. A story about finding God even in the worst circumstances, never losing hope, complicated legacies, history, and the music scene that shaped the face of Berlin forever.
