Author's Announcement:

This story will undergo major revision as per requested by my colleagues and friends who have promised to promote and to rewrite the entire content of this book. We are aiming for a better output to expand the influence of Kantai Collection on all social medias, internet, and even here.

As the head of this project, in behalf of my assistants and editor, we apologize for the inconvenience and will continue to work this story as soon as everyone has done their part in revision.
