Part 1:

Cosima is sick and slowly dying, Delphine and Sarah are right by her side. And Sarah is slowly falling in love with Delphine.
Sarah is trying to maintain a relationship with Paul and Kira as well as her sisters but she's finding it difficult.
Paul is working for the military again.
Helena is living with Ms.S and Kira for the time being.
