In which Asha Flickerman meets the tributes reaped for the 65th Hunger Games and realises that they may be the most terrified group of kids she's ever met. As she watches them fight for their lives, she finds herself stuck on a pendulum, experiencing a constant paradigm shift, questioning if the Games are as glamorous as she was taught. Things become especially complicated when she finds herself falling for a certain District 4 tribute...
