It's been about five years since Henry, the political villain from the previous book, took over as New York's new state governor. Nicky, now unknowingly under a spell from a lady wizard he rescued from a whirlpool in the sewers, is now a teenager. Chester Valentine, the mutant dog child of the former governor, now lives with the turtles. But trouble and heartache lays ahead for our young furry friends. Henry's hatred for the Hamato turtles has turned into a general obsession to do away with all mutant animals. Can Nicky and his entire household stop this madman's plans before it's too late? For the sake of all New York's new mutants, let's hope they can.
