Description
When young Elliot slips out of the castle to see the kingdom he will inherit, he does not expect his father to send a knight out to fetch him. Nor does he expect to fight a war with that knight. Aiden is shocked when he discovers his new orders to guard a prince. Never before did he think a knight would be sent to do a guard's job. Nor did he expect to adore his new assignment. TW: This story contains violence, strong language, and scenes of battle and gore. If those things affect you please read something else or continue with caution. I've spent over 2 years trying to complete this story yet I am still working on it. I figure I'll publish it here as I continue it due to how long it's been taking.
