Ted Jenkins, a dedicated OSHA wokplace safety inspector, has been selected for a very important task- inspecting the Watchtower. Ted is a man who takes his job very seriously- and so no matter what Superhuman dilemmas get thrown his way, he is determined to carry out his inspection- even in the face of certain death.
