Description
Falling in love is easy. To stay in love is a choice, and to have a partner in life is an obligation to do or not to do. Article 1156 states that, "an obligation is a juridical necessity thing to give, to do, or not to do." When one enters a contract, with the obligation to do and to fulfill his duties, he shall have no right to rescind unless agreed upon. Or, a third person may come into the picture with the intention to fulfill the latter's duties. Is it valid? Making love a mutual understanding wherein one binds himself to another? That is voluntarily done? So can you rescind with love when agreed upon? Is that it? What happens after? 11-28-23 ~ 04-11-24
