I sighed and hugged him as we slowly moved to the music "I don't even like him". "Yet you're still sad about it, bella"

There was another pause of silence. "I mean, I don't care, but it's not just about the fact that he didn't show up" my voice broke

He softly caressed my chin "It's okay to cry sometimes... even for me..."

"But I don't want to, I don't like it, it doesn't make me feel any better - crying."
"Everyone needs it, or else you'll explode at some point, and that's even worse" his soft words touched me deeply.

"...Thanks, Theo... for everything..."
"Of course, bella, it's what friends do"

Theo and stopped talking much over the summer.

I didn't talk much to any of my other friends either, if you would even call them proper friends; they simply knew me because of my brother Mattheo.

I changed a lot over the summer, both physically and mentally. So God knows what'll happen now as i try and rebuild my life back
