Description
Roommates is broken up into three parts following a team of adopted brothers as they try to survive a racial war blooming between the species of the Central Realm. Faced with impossible choices, everyone must decide what they're willing to do to keep themselves and their families alive - or if they're willing at all. Barry's kids lead pretty ordinary abnormal lives, seeing as they're all different species. They've all been through this before, the sneering, the whispers, but what can they do when mysterious people start tracking them in the name of "science"? How do they face the walls closing in when their guardian refuses to acknowledge their threat? How do they escape the water before it boils completely? Potentially triggering themes of war, racism, death, and child endangerment throughout.
