Prologue

Life had always been much the same for Korin. Seasons came and went, the forest bloomed and died, the sun rose and fell, the moon, oh the beloved moon, it waned and waxed, and yet Korin remained.

Believed to be cursed and confined to the mountain, she remained, watching the world turn through invisible bars of her caged existence.

But as new and strange individuals appear, her cage of uneasy solitude subtly becomes a battle arena she must escape.
