I found them all on google and I would love to give credit but have no way too A girl named Elsie is trying to escape the government, from many countries, because she is being framed for something she didn't do. Someone, she knows on a personal level, named Kylie, with a shapeshift power turned into her. She walked into the government building in the country of Stokton and walked out looking like her and stole very important documents about certain citizens. Elsie and her friends (Cassadie and Cersie) are tracking the shape-shifting person to trap her and turn her in so they can clear her name. If Elsie can even do that. On the side to also possibly find more people like them and convince them it's ok to come out and come to a town they found for a safe haven called Town of Eden (with the help of Kylie which is why she is stealing the important documents). Is it even possible to find someone that literally changes into anyone in the world? Will Elsie's heart be able to put Kylie away? Or will her feelings get in the way and let her go?
