Talia Riley the daughter of Dewey Riley is now in New York City at college after going through a hard time loosing her dad.

There she meets new friends including the sweet dorky Ethan Landry which Talia falls in love with.

But after some time the past catches up again, and there are new Ghostfaces going after the friend group. This time Talia was in the middle of it, and it seemed like there was no escape from it.
