Death

Toji Fushiguro had many regrets upon his death, not least of which was his son. Megumi eclipsed Toji's thoughts up until he met a God of death, an embodiment of raw unflappable power that would be able to destroy the planet with a thought... and he took a swing at it. Even in death Toji had the spirit to face a god, earning himself a job in the process. Death offers him a contract on the snake sanin, Orochimaru, on a very different world.
