Chapter 1: The Letter

Alden Von Aivius III, only heir to the noble house of Aivius, is a solitary scholar. This wasn't his choice as the house of Aivius is a long line of wizards and mages, and so he is required to be a royal mage. Alden has no choice as a letter from Kitla Academy comes and announces that he has been accepted, however the Academy is far deep in Kobold country.
