Chapter 1: Prologue: A Fairy Tale

Rimuru, a princess born as a goddess with both god and demon heritage, faces rejection from her fellow gods due to her mixed blood. Seeking solace in the demon kingdom, she befriends Anos Voldigoad, a young orphan demon, leading to them becoming friends.

As they navigate the Great War together, Rimuru harbors feelings for Anos. However, her godly father discovers her alliance with demons, resulting in a fatal confrontation. Rimuru, in the arms of Anos, passes away.

However, she wakes up in the Cardinal World with none of her memories except for her name. She must navigate this world like her own while trying to regain who she was. She must recover her memories while also trying to find her new purpose in this life. Though the question is,

Will she be able to reunite with the one she lost?
