Season 3, the last episode, when Maul and Ezra combine the Holocron. Ezra dies and becomes a lost soul. He's lost and has no memories of Kanan or anyone else. He's completely alone and no one can see him. He's scared and lost. Death teams up with Kanan and Obi-Wan Kenobi. They have to find Ezra.
