It all happened when Mario takes his entire group of friends on a treasure hunt, but somehow or another they find a gem that takes them to another universe that... was similar to their own.

There was a Wario, but... there was no Dr. Crygor, Orbulon or Mona, they were definitely not in his universe. Although luckily for them, they were somewhat kind to them, taking them on adventures and who knows...

Maybe a villain will add them to his list of victims~...

Ah yes they would also seek to return to their normal
universe but who the hell cares?
