(This is the 1st book of this AU fanfic series and it won't follow the plot of the anime.) At the start of 2039, the world will not be the same again, even the war ever ends. The humanity lost their travelling access to the seas, when the enemy fleet, the "fleet of fog", had conquered the seas. Global blockade has occured, imprisoning all the countries. But they can still commumicate to the other countries. Mental model I-401 lost her memories, and was adopted to the Chihaya family and now live among the humans named "Iona".What would happen to her if she regained her memories. Meanwhile, the countries from around the planet, creates their own experimental warships and even planes, planning to take a desperate move to retake their seas.
