Chapter 1: Savannah

Two high school students bond over hardships and misfortunes of life as a teenager. Savannah who has just lost her older brother to suicide, and Marko desperately tries to keep his alcoholic mother and drug addict father a secret from those around him. As polar opposites as they seem to be on the outside the two of them begin to realize just how similar they are as they befriend one another, fall in love and bond over life trauma's and experiences that will engrave themselves on one another's soul forever.
