Clarissa is a street kid. She is friends with Barry Allen as part of the CCPD's Save a Kid program. But on the night of the Particle Accelerator Explosion, Clarissa heads home to her warehouse only to find it being used by the infamous Leonard Snart. When befriending both sides of the law, it's now a matter of which side she'll consider family...good or evil?
