Shane Watson was your average 16 year old until he found out he was a Witch. Even two years later after getting his Witch's License, and all the knowledge of the universe, it's still driving him crazy.

When your life is a sitcom it's better to avoid governing bodies that can actually limit the fun you can have on purpose, so Shane ventures off into the Multiverse and outside the Witches Council sphere of influence.
