Going on a blood strike one day, The Puppeteer just finished up a child when suddenly a bit of chance crept up on him. He saw a woman, sitting alone and took his chance of getting an extra victim. Suddenly, he saw another man about to get her. It was the Starved Artist, out for his next victim too. Will these two murderers clash and brawl for the victim, or will they have an equal thirst for blood, and maybe each other...
