A fan that's absolutely crazy about her and follows her around like its not a illegal thing to do. So what happens when Demi signs up for a competition against the world's best street racers, and somehow finds her fangirl hiding in the back of her precious car, watching videos of Demi racing like its totally normal. Already miles away from home, Demi has no choice but to take Spencer with her, much to her dislike.
