Monsters are real. That thing in your closet when you were little? Probably a bored poltergeist. The scary peep of a demon you see out of the corner of your eye? Definitely something taunting you.

Point is, monsters are very real. So are the ones who kill the monsters with body counts. Problem is, shit gets messy when the lines of what counts as a person are blurred.

Now Sandy needs to work with their monster friends, no, not quite friends. On-friendly-terms coworkers is better. Sandy needs to work with their on-friendly-terms coworkers to stop the apocalypse because if the world ends, how are you going to dramatically tell someone that you love them?
