Duke Rowan, a 20 year old man, a fan of Kamen Rider Decade and Kamen Rider Zi-o are his favourite Kamen Rider. One day, he awake in middle of the street and found out he in another world. Later, he found out this world have a superheroes that protect the world. Now, he in the new world, he must survived this world and protect himself from harm. He is Kamen Rider Decade.
