House Rules

An abandoned house, vacated by its original inhabitants is sold at an alarmingly cheap price.

Despite the neighbor's repeated warnings of missing children, presence of mummified rats and crypid sightings, the new owners, perhaps in their naivety, move in anyway.

A series of disasters follow them as they try to make the run-down, dilapidated building into their new home.
