In the outer banks, the kooks and pogues have always been rivals, but this summer things are about to change especially when one pogue John B Routledge is about to see kook princess Juliet Cameron more then he expected to either that summer or ever in his entire life. Yet, even thought the tension between the two of them, they realize that they might actually like or even love each other even though they were born and raised to be enemies.
