Valerie Riddle is a powerful witch. She can use magic with or without her wand. She is a mix of Voldermort's and Harry Potter's DNA. Valerie always liked Draco, but respected his relationship with Astoria. But after Draco's wife died, she tries to be close to him as a friend, something that later turns into more than friendship. She has a rival named Diana Dumbledore, a mix of Albus Dumbledore and Grindewald, who is also very powerful.

Valerie, during her whole life, will always be judged for having Voldemort's blood and being a Slytherin. She will grow fond of Scorpius. Worried about her future stepson, she's gonna try anything to separate Albus and Scorpius.
