As a reward for how he handled combat on his planet, the counsel accepted his proposal to join the United Federation of Planets for Intergalactic Peace. After acknowledging his exceptional negotiation skills, the Federation tasked him with persuading Earth Prime to join their pursuit for Intergalactic peace. Yet, to address the Earth Prime authorities, a delegate from Ocula must secure a position on earth holding a Senate position for inter-orbital matters.
