Prologue

so far the idea is a dystopian world where the world has gone into evironmental collapse and because it was the people that caused it its the people that have to pay so now the government is making people do manual labor while they do nothing but kill people who disobey (because its a dystopian future) and every few months the government chooses a group of people to have to move to a different region to work to show how much damage has been done to the world to the people and make them have to work in a destroyed tundra that isnt even cold anymore
