In the midst of her divorce proceedings with her estranged husband, Helen raises their troubled daughter, Alice, in an unassuming town of Wickington in her home state. Alice's sudden demise prompts Helen to extract her daughter's memory to be stored digitally. With the data in hand, Helen seeks to change the ending of Alice's story- by any means possible.
