The Deluca-Bishop's have had their foster license open for a while, after deciding on having children together. With their busy and hectic schedules, they decided it wasn't the right time to start over with a baby and turned all of their love toward the foster system to give a child a loving home.

Fynleigh Marie Sutton, a 14 year old that has been chewed up and spat out by the care system arrives in their lives purely coincidentally but a perfect fit; the final piece to their puzzle.
